Knowledge helps us to convert our planning into the right action and enables to get the difference between right or wrong and good or bad. It helps us to overcome our weaknesses and faults as well as makes us able to face the dangers and difficulties by giving lots of courage and confidence. It makes a person more powerful by giving him mental, moral and spiritual advancement in the life.

How does information become power?
Information becomes power when it processed, analyzed, interpreted and used in for its actual purpose. It becomes power when it can solve problems or create one. Being able to defend yourself and speak up your mind on the things that matter makes information powerful. 

State the importance of giving credit to the source of one's work.
It is important to give credit to the source of a work to avoid plagiarism. Mentioning his/her name is also a sign of respect for you and the idea that you have. Lastly, it is to honor you for being able to contribute something to the society.

Information Literate Individual
An information literate individual carries the values of discipline, responsibility and intelligence. One can be called literate in this area if one knows what information are, interprets  it  and should be aware of what to do with it because in our society nowadays, almost anyone can freely access tons of various information but having the proper knowledge to decide how to deal with the thing at hand, that is information literacy. In addition to this, verification of facts and knowing the difference of an opinion and and a true statement is a great mark of an information literate individual.
